Each tour guide is responsible for maintaining their own quality with consistent top-notch delivery.
- How often do events happen?
As often as possible. If a tour has a consistent delivery and has received outstanding reviews, then you will see this tour being offered more to the public. However, the schedule of tours is made by the tour guides and the facilities that host the tours.
- Where are these events held?
Our tours are held in public museums, private museums, outdoors, neighborhoods, on the National Mall, and anywhere else our tour guides fancy.
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa are all accepted online only. Cash is accepted in person on the day of the tour. Our tour guides do not have machines to process credit cards.
- How long do the tours last?
Most of our tours last one to three hours.
- Do you have any success stories?
Yes, we have many success stories. Each time we have a tour there is always someone in our group that has never been to the location. Our mission is to allow more people to have a great experience in a cultural location for the very first time. We have introduced many people to art museums, art galleries, and restaurants. We see them really enjoying themselves and know that they will come back to these cultural spots.
- Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are nonrefundable at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Tickets may not be used as credit towards a future tour.
- What if I am late to the tour?
Adventures for Creative Tourists cannot guarantee that you will be able to find our tour guide if you are late to the tour. Tickets are nonrefundable – no exceptions.
- What if the weather is bad?
All tours go rain or shine. However, for the tours that are outside, and the weather will cause attendees and tour guide to become extremely uncomfortable then the tour will be canceled. If a tour is canceled due to poor weather, attendees will have an option for a refund or to reschedule.
